The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return window: within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Used or opened products.
Products without original packaging or invoice.
Email us at help@shopskart.store or call +91 9987867598 with your order ID and reason for return.
We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
Refunds are completed within 3 to 4 working days after the return is approved.
