🛍️ Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return window: within 7 days from the date of delivery.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products.

  • Products without original packaging or invoice.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at help@shopskart.store or call +91 9987867598 with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

  3. Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be initiated.


💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • Refunds are completed within 3 to 4 working days after the return is approved.
